Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays)
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

UK Shipping

  • Free shipping on all UK orders over £15
  • All UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days after dispatch

International Shipping

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location
  • All international orders are sent via tracked services

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
